School Policies
The Boulder School of Fine Art is dedicated to providing skill based art education to adults and teens. We are a community of teachers and students who welcome those interested in pursuing art education without regard to country of origin, religion, political views, gender or sexual orientation. Our facility is handicapped accessible. We practice and expect courtesy and kindness with everyone in our classrooms.
Enrollment
Students may enroll in classes either online or in person. Payment is due at time of enrollment.
There are no refunds or credits given for missed classes. Students who miss class because of illness may make up the class within 30 days of the missed class. Students who miss a Classical Drawing and Painting session may come to another scheduled Classical Drawing and Painting class if the class is running and there is room.
If BSOFA cancels a class because of bad weather, we will call or text students enrolled to inform them and grant a class credit.
Co-Vid
We follow the Boulder County Public Health guidelines for Co-vid safety. Our teachers are vaccinated and boosted. We encourage all students to inform us if they have contracted co-vid or are in close contact with someone who has. We give credits to students who miss classes because of co-vid.
